III. 3. SUBSCRIPTIONS, PAYMENTS & BILLING

4. 3.1 Subscription Structure

• Services are offered on a recurring subscription basis.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
• All subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing date.

5. 3.2 Promotional Periods

Free trials or promotional offers (including free months or physical promotional items) convert automatically to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the promotional period ends.

6. 3.3 Pricing Changes

Subito reserves the right to modify pricing, plans, or billing structures with reasonable advance notice.

7. 3.4 No Refund Policy

Except where expressly required by Texas law:

• All fees are non-refundable
• No refunds for partial billing periods
• No refunds for missed classes or unused services

VII. 7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

• Videos and recordings
• Text, graphics, logos
• Website design and structure

are the exclusive intellectual property of Subito Education, LLC and protected under U.S. and international law. No license is granted except for personal, non-commercial use.
