The Learning Experience

Are classes live or recorded?

Every Subito class is 100% live—never pre-recorded. However, we do record every session so you can review the material later or catch up if you happen to miss a class.

How many students are in a class?

Technical & Setup

What equipment do I need for music programs?

You’ll need your instrument, a stable internet connection, and a device with Zoom. While not required, we highly recommend an external USB microphone and headphones for the best "High-Fidelity" audio experience.

Do I need to be a tech expert to join?

Membership & Billing

Can I cancel or pause my subscription?

Yes. We believe in "Education for Life," which means fitting into your life. You can pause or cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your dashboard—no long-term contracts.
