Professional Integrity

  • Professional Boundaries: All teachers and staff are required to maintain clear, professional boundaries at all times. Interaction outside of the Subito platform for non-educational purposes is strictly prohibited.
  • Neutrality & Inclusion: We are a place of learning. Instructors must avoid sharing discriminatory, political, or inappropriate content. We foster an environment where everyone, regardless of background, feels welcome.
  • Representation: Every member of the Subito team represents the integrity of our mission. Staff are expected to act with honesty and transparency in all communications with students and families.

Student & Data Safety

Privacy First

We treat student data with the highest level of security. All instructors are trained to protect the privacy of families, ensuring that no personal information or recordings are shared outside the authorized Subito channels.

Safe Spaces

Our live classes are designed to be focused and respectful. Any behavior that disrupts the learning process or makes a student feel unsafe will result in immediate review and potential suspension.

Compliance & Reporting

Commitment to Accountability

Violations of this Code of Conduct are taken seriously. Failure to uphold these standards may result in immediate termination of an instructor’s contract or a student’s membership.
