1. Purpose

Subito Education (“Subito,” “Company,” “we,” “our”) provides structured, live online instruction across multiple disciplines. To preserve instructional quality, safety, and institutional integrity, all students and parents/guardians (where applicable) must adhere to this Student Code of Conduct.

Enrollment constitutes agreement to comply.

2. Core Expectations

All students agree to:

Participate respectfully.

Follow teacher instructions.

Maintain a professional learning environment.

Protect the integrity of the classroom.

Comply with platform rules.

Subito operates as a structured institution. Disruptive or unethical conduct will not be tolerated.

3. Classroom Behavior Standards

During live sessions, students must:

Join on time.

Use their real name as registered.

Maintain appropriate attire.

Avoid disruptive background noise.

Refrain from profanity, harassment, or inappropriate language.

Avoid side conversations in chat.

Not interrupt other students.

Teachers have authority to mute, remove, or restrict participation for violations.

4. Technology Requirements & Responsibility

Students are responsible for:

Stable internet connection.

Functioning camera and microphone.

Updated software (Zoom or approved platform).

Quiet learning environment.

Repeated technical negligence that disrupts class may result in removal without refund.

5. Academic Integrity

Students may not:

Cheat during assessments.

Submit plagiarized work.

Use unauthorized AI tools during evaluations.

Share answer keys or proprietary materials.

Subito promotes honest effort and measurable growth.

6. Respect & Anti-Harassment Policy

Students must not engage in:

Bullying

Harassment

Discrimination

Threats

Hate speech

Inappropriate gestures or conduct

Violations may result in suspension or permanent removal.

7. Protection of Minors

Students may not:

Exchange personal contact information with other students.

Solicit private communications.

Share personal social media accounts during class.

All communication must remain within approved Subito systems.

8. Intellectual Property Protection

Students may not:

Record classes without written authorization.

Distribute class recordings.

Copy or redistribute proprietary curriculum.

Resell materials.

Share login credentials.

Unauthorized distribution may result in legal action.

9. Payment & Subscription Conduct

Students and families must:

Maintain valid payment methods.

Comply with subscription terms.

Avoid chargeback abuse.

Not attempt fraudulent disputes.

Improper payment conduct may result in account termination.

10. Disciplinary Process

Violations may result in:

Verbal warning.

Written warning.

Temporary suspension.

Permanent removal.

Legal action (if warranted).

Subito reserves sole discretion in disciplinary decisions.

Refunds are not guaranteed in cases of conduct violations.

11. Parental Responsibility (For Minors)

Parents/Guardians agree to:

Ensure student compliance.

Monitor appropriate use of technology.

Provide a safe learning environment.

Not interfere disruptively in live sessions.

Parents may observe but may not dominate classroom instruction.
